This typography project explores the limits of legibility based on Friedrich Nietzsche's poem 'O Mensch, gib acht'. Visually, letters are transformed by heavy contour lines into pure graphical shapes, initially abstract but gradually regaining clarity throughout the publication. Linguistically, the concept pushes boundaries by featuring 12 different languages, ranging from German to Chinese. The project poses the central question: Where is the boundary? Which languages can we understand, and which forms can we decipher?
